Strengthen your TEAM during COVID: The New Normal
According to a survey by Mental Health Experts, 75% say they feel burnt out and isolated, even helpless, while working during the COVID pandemic. Employees start to worry about their job security, their relationships with their co-workers, and even the general direction of the company they work for. This has become a challenge for all HR professionals: how to maintain staff morale during COVID?
GreenCare notices the need for companies to “adapt to the new normal” during this pandemic, and especially how to get better after COVID. Accordingly we have introduced: “Eco-Teambuilding” with the following focuses:
Take a breath – We will introduce a fun way to get away from the office and explore the lovely surrounding in Hong Kong which we often missed. By taking scenic “eco-tours” around HK, together with fun tasks along the way, participants will get a chance to experience a different prospective.
A new way of listening – COVID has taught us we must listen to the environment. Our Eco-training will focus on urban life in relationship with SDG 17 and how we can apply these concepts in our corporate lives.
Let Leaders set the tone – We will build up participants' confidence and leadership skills especially during a crisis.
Creating clarity with Core Values – Our “Eco-training” will help employees better understand and see the true values which will affect their lives and the way they perform at work.
